Refreshing the Face of Location Technology
Flybuy is a leader in location-based technology, helping businesses streamline order pickup and enhance guest experiences. I joined Flybuy during a period of rapid growth and immediately hit the ground running. In a fast-paced environment like this, adaptability was key as I worked alongside cross-functional teams to create trade show materials, flyers, one-pagers, and posters.
One of the biggest initiatives was promoting Flybuy Concierge, a mobile solution that enables seamless check-ins, concierge requests, and on-demand ordering from local restaurants. With tight deadlines and evolving priorities, every design needed to communicate Flybuy’s value clearly and effectively.

By the time I joined Flybuy, the foundation for its brand was already in place, but there was still plenty of work to be done. With upcoming trade shows and product launches on the horizon, I jumped right in, refining and expanding our visual identity across multiple marketing channels.
In my first few months, I designed trade show materials, flyers, one-pagers, and posters to support Flybuy’s presence at key industry events. The challenge was not just creating eye-catching designs, but ensuring they clearly communicated the value of our solutions to both potential partners and customers.
The goal was to showcase how it enables seamless check-ins, concierge requests, and on-demand ordering from hotel restaurants while making the process feel effortless and intuitive for users.
How do you distill complex features into a flyer that speaks volumes with minimal text?
How do you balance branding and function while making every design work across digital and print?
These were the questions that shaped my approach. Every design was crafted to ensure Flybuy’s message was clear, engaging, and impactful no matter the medium.
Banners, Posters, & One Pagers
As a location-based technology company serving both businesses and consumers, Flybuy required visually impactful marketing materials for conferences and events. As part of the first wave of collateral, I developed large-format banners (10x20, 10x30, and pop-ups) alongside one-pagers and flyers tailored for both sales and partnership outreach. To ensure consistency and scalability, I established design templates and brand-aligned styles across all materials. By the end of the first month, I had produced a full suite of collateral that the sales and marketing teams now leverage at industry events and client meetings.

Digital Designs for LinkedIn & Email Campaigns
In addition to print collateral, I developed a suite of digital assets to support Flybuy’s online presence and marketing efforts. This included LinkedIn graphics, targeted email banners, and ad creatives designed for paid and organic campaigns. By implementing a structured approach with adaptable templates, I ensured brand consistency while streamlining the design process for future campaigns. These digital assets now serve as essential tools for engaging prospects, enhancing brand visibility, and driving conversions across multiple channels.

3D Design Mockups for RadBeacon Locator Tents
To support Flybuy’s event marketing efforts, I created high-quality 3D design mockups for RadBeacon Locator Tents, providing a realistic visualization of the final product before production. Using Adobe Illustrator, I developed detailed renderings that showcased branding, color schemes, and spatial layout in a lifelike environment. These mockups helped stakeholders refine design elements, ensuring brand consistency across physical event assets. By presenting polished, photorealistic visuals, the marketing and events teams could confidently move forward with production, optimizing Flybuy’s presence at conferences and trade shows.
